You have the right to return products purchased, only in those cases where fault of your Raniak.gr have sent wrong products or damaged during transport. In this case the returning costs of products and the costs borne by the customer return the Raniak.gr as long as you kept the proposed by Raniak.gr way back. Necessarily contact Raniak.gr the day of receipt of the products to take the necessary actions for the immediate replacement or refund value.
In that case (where a fault of your Raniak.gr have sent wrong products or damaged in transit) and wish to return your money this can be done in the following ways:
- In case of charging a credit card the Raniak.gr be obliged to inform the issuing bank to cancel the transaction and the bank will proceed subsequently at each operation envisaged under the contract drawn up with the client without any longer responsibility of Raniak. gr. Raniak.gr following that renovation shall not be liable for when and how to perform reversal, regulated by the abovementioned agreement.
- In case of payment in cash due on delivery, the return will be made by deposit in the customer designated bank account.
- If paying by bank transfer will be done reverse bank transfer from the accounts of Raniak.gr to customer’s account.
