Do you brush your skin properly?

You do not need much for a healthy skin! Just a hight-quality dry brush with natural bristles and with a long handle so you can reach your entire back!

Dry skin brushing should be done daily, idealy after a Scottish shower and must be done with care. The pressure you apply should be firm but not painful.

When brushing, always brush toward your heart, which is best for circulation and your lymphatic system. You can brush your entire body avoidind brushing your face, your genitals or areas with irritations or abrasions. Start at your feet and work your way up your legs to your arms, chest, fack and stomach.

There are so many benefits of skin dry brushing!

It removes dead skin cells,improving appearance, clearing the clogged pores and allowing skin to “breath”.
It also accelerates the metabolism, increases energy and blood flow, stimulates the lymphatic system by removing toxins and so reduces cellulite! It is very relaxing and helpful in stress.

Futhermore, your skin will be revitalized, silky and shiny, smooth and your body clean and relaxed!

After brushing, rinse your skin with lukewarm water, wipe dry, apply a moisturizing cream and you are ready!

But even better you can use instead of a moisturizing cream, just only Shea Butter (Karité butter) which is skin’s best friend as it is a superb moisturizer, with exceptional healing properties for the skin.
